-The project consists of ready-built factories and ready-built warehouses for lease, developed on a land area of 14.5 hectares.

-The project is constructed in compliance with LEED Gold standards as certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), aiming to meet sustainability requirements from international investors and contribute to the growth of the logistics sector.

-All factory and warehouse floors are designed and constructed to meet flat floor standards: FM2 & FM3
