-Established in 1999, Starry Group specializes in manufacturing world-class consumer products for international brands. Starting with a schoolbag manufacturing plant, the company has rapidly expanded and now operates 8 factories in China and Myanmar with over 5,000 employees.

-The project comprises six 4-storey factory buildings, one 2-storey factory, and various auxiliary facilities and technical infrastructure to support manufacturing activities. These include the production of strollers, tricycles for children and people with disabilities, motorized scooters, school bags, backpacks, and car seats, as well as leasing of factory and warehouse space.

-The project is invested and constructed in compliance with LEED Certified standards under the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), aiming to meet sustainable development requirements from international investors and promote the growth of the logistics industry.
