Description

• Read bidding documents, drawings, technical standards, material lists, volume calculation instructions, learn construction techniques to quickly calculate the volume of assigned projects , exact, scientific.
• Dissecting estimated volumes and bidding
• Read, analyze and identify project data; Provide a project checklist for the volume team; Complete documents in the volume department related to the project.
• Have understanding of prices, analysis, and recommendations for choosing appropriate NCC/NTP for each project. From there, come up with a price library and future implementation strategy.
• Explain the volume – price to the Investor and Consultant.
• Regularly improve tools and forms; Improve computing experience to bring higher working efficiency
• Perform other tasks according to assigned tasks

Requirements

• Graduated from College/University majoring in construction, construction economics, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEP)
• Read and understand English bidding documents
• Have at least 2 years of experience as QS (Bidding) and at least 2 years of field experience for high-rise buildings/Factories (required)
• There is a high sense of responsibility
• Like to learn and apply new technology
• Willing to work overtime
